What you get
You talk to the person doing the work.
At most shops you describe the problem to a service writer, who writes it on a ticket, which a mechanic reads later. Detail gets lost at every step, and by the time you get a call back it is about a bill rather than a bike.
Dillon runs the shop, so the person on the phone is the person on the tools. A number before the work starts, not a surprise after it finishes. Harley, metric and sport bikes all get the same attention. If a repair can safely wait, you get told that instead of sold something. Most jobs are finished the same day they come in.

Will I get a price before the work starts?
Do you take walk-ins?
