Blackwood Cycles LLC operates this website. This page explains what happens to information you give us through it. It is written to be read, not to be impressive.

What we collect

If you fill in the contact form, we receive the name, phone number, service selection and message you typed, plus your email address and street address if you chose to give them. That is the whole list. The form does not ask for payment details and you should never send them through it.

If you only read the site and never submit the form, we do not collect anything that identifies you.

Why we collect it

To answer you about your motorcycle. That is the only reason. We use your phone number or email to reply to the enquiry you sent.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not rent, trade or share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question about a tire.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run an analytics pixel. It does load fonts and a small number of animation and icon libraries from third-party content delivery networks (Google Fonts, cdnjs, jsDelivr and unpkg). Those providers can see your IP address as part of serving the file, in the same way any website request works. They are not given your form data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept only as long as they are useful for servicing your motorcycle and keeping a record of work done. If you want your enquiry deleted, call the shop and ask.

Your choices

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
